What types of air conditioning systems do you install?
We install a wide range of commercial air conditioning systems — from small wall-mounted split units to large VRV (Variable Refrigerant Volume) systems. Every installation is tailored to your building’s layout and cooling needs following a free site survey.
Do you offer emergency repairs?
Yes. We provide 24/7 emergency call-out services for air conditioning and refrigeration equipment across Edinburgh, Glasgow, and much of Scotland. Our engineers aim for a first-time fix and carry spare parts to reduce downtime.
What is included in a planned preventative maintenance (PPM) package?
Our PPM packages typically include 1–4 scheduled visits per year, full inspection and cleaning of air conditioning or refrigeration units, F-Gas leak checks, maintenance records, and priority call-out support. We can also offer out-of-hours visits to reduce disruption.
Are your engineers certified to handle F-Gases?
Absolutely. Our engineers are fully certified to carry out F-Gas inspections, leak detection, and record keeping, ensuring compliance with UK and EU regulations. We provide full documentation as part of our maintenance agreements.
Do you provide heating system maintenance and gas safety certificates?
Yes. CTS offers reactive and planned maintenance for commercial gas heating systems. We also carry out annual landlord safety checks and issue gas safety certificates (CPH) in line with legal requirements.
