Commercial Gas Maintenance Landlord Safety Checks

All commercial landlords who rent part or all of a property have been forced by a law which was passed through government in 1996 to have all gas appliances checked and maintained annually. CTS engineers are qualified to carry out the yearly safety checks and will present you with your landlords gas safety certificate of CPH once your property has been inspected and passed the checks.
